Archelon Private Capital Fund I is a South African en commandite partnership primarily investing in private debt instruments, delivering superior risk-adjusted returns compared to traditional fixed income options. The Fund's investment strategy is centered on consistently meeting investors' goals, whether for income generation, capital preservation or wealth growth. By investing in a diversified portfolio of secured credit opportunities, the Fund targets a consistent net interest yield, after all fees and costs, exceeding 12% per annum.
Archelon Private Capital Fund I aims to capitalise on the rapidly expanding private credit market, which is growing at 23.1% per annum and valued at over $5.3 billion. The Fund is designed to deliver stable fixed income returns, adding alpha to investors' portfolios while prioritising captial preservation. This is achieved through a minimum of 1.5 times legal collateral cover, and a first-loss protection pool, over an investment term of 60 months.
* The nature of the underlying investments being relatively illiquid private credit transactions requires a minimum lock-up period. Therefore, in the event investors require liquidity within the initial lock-up period, subject to the discretion of the General Partner, investors may place a request for redemption at a minimum of 3 months' notice at the end of any month. An approved redemption will be subject to a lock-up period redemption fee of 35%. Investors seeking to redeem their investment within the recommended 60-month term, subject to the discretion of the General Partner, may place a require for redemption at a minimum of 3 months' notice at the end of any month. An approved redemption will be subject to an early redemption fee.
